Setting: A glamorous party on Hollywood Boulevard.
Story: “The Star” a wanna be starlet has hit Hollywood but can't hit the big time. The Star is beautiful and talented, but so are so many other potential stars. “The Star” takes on a mentor in their quest for stardom and this takes a tragic turn ending in a death in the cellar. Who is in the cellar, what's with the gazebo and why is there talk of rhinoplasty and kerosene?
Adult Themes: Plastic surgery.
Central Characters: The Star, The Director, The Babe, The Producer, The Stage Manager, The Villain, The Groupie, The Method Actor, The Therapist, The Trainer, The Action Hero, The Thespian, The Over Actor, The Plastic Surgeon and The Model.
Costumes: Guests come as their favorite Hollywood actor, personality or character.
How Do Costumes and Characters Work? All the characters are non gendered so this theme suits an all girl party. To make the murder mystery game really to organise your guests don't need to dress as any particular character. Their costume doesn't affect the character they play in the murder mystery game. You allocate characters on the night of the murder mystery party. This way if guests are sick and can't make it or short notice friends want to come, there is no impact on how you run the game.
